How long will my order take?

Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email which states your estimated delivery time. Delivery usually takes place same day or within 1 business day within FCT, Abuja and take 4-6 business days to other states in Nigeria and 5-10 business days internationally.

Yes, we do. Shipping costs vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note, customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. International deliveries typically arrive within 7–10 business days.

We are located at Natsu Mall, 9 Kampala Street, Wuse 2, Abuja where you can shop in person or pickup purchased items. If you would like to pick up your order, select pick up as the delivery option during checkout.

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us as quickly as possible, as we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once it’s on its way.

Refunds & Exchange cannot be processed on item(s)that have been received or used due to the nature of beauty products.  

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of damaged items (at the point of delivery) or lost parcels. We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon delivery to confirm that all items are intact and correct.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours by phone or email.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will notify you as soon as we are aware. If it cannot be located within 5 working days from the date of notification, we will issue a refund.
