Refund Policy

Exchanges & Refunds? 

 
Due to the nature of our beauty products and in the interest of hygiene and quality assurance, all sales are final once items have been dispatched, received or used. As such, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except under the circumstances outlined below:
 
•Damaged Items Upon Delivery
We kindly ask that all orders be carefully inspected at the point of delivery. Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone or email so we can promptly assist you.
 
•Lost Parcels
In the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit, we will notify you as soon as we are made aware. If the parcel cannot be located within five (5) working days from the date of notification, a refund will be issued accordingly.
 
On occasion, exceptional or unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Where approved, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours.
